what are your tools of the trade?
- my current inventory consists of an iPad and procreate! as for what pens i use for art, there's actually no consistent one that i use. it changes depending on the drawing
- for those curious about my previous set-up, i used a wacom intuos tablet and clip studio paint!what is your commission status?

TERMS OF SERVICE

*These commissions are NOT first come, first serve! Slots will be determined by the content of the requested commission as filled on the Google Form. Slots also refer to people rather than commission, meaning that one person can fill a slot and request more than 1 commission. The other slots will still be open.READ CAREFULLY! By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following:

GENERAL TERMS

- I retain the rights to any and all of my artwork.- The examples I've shown are the products you'll be getting! Please don't come to me with completely different expectations for my art, there are other artists that can fulfill your desire.- These commissions are digital artworks, meaning that you will receive a digital file (not a physical piece) as the finished product. Nothing is intended to be physically shipped to you, the client.- My signature will be featured in the finished commission. Rest assured, it will be small and located somewhere that doesn't interfere with the final piece. DO NOT remove my signature or watermark.- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason. Additionally, I reserve the right to include your commission to my portfolio. Please let me know on the order form, however, if you want your commission to remain private.- I do not operate on hard deadlines. With the unpredictability of life, it's rather hard to stick to a firm schedule. Thank you for understanding!

USE OF COMMISSION

- These commissions are for personal use only! You may not profit from it by reproducing, distributing, and selling it to others. NFTs and use for AI purposes are especially forbidden.- You are welcome to share your commission on social media, so long as you credit back to me. DO NOT trace over it / claim it as your own drawing.- You may use the commissioned artwork to create icons, wallpapers, and graphics to be used non-commercially.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

- Prices are listed in USD and are as is, meaning that they do not require extra payment (no extra taxes and such).- Payment is upfront and made through PayPal invoices to prevent potential scamming. You have 2 weeks to pay from when the invoice is sent, with a reminder sent to you at the end of the first week. If there's no payment made at the end of the 2 weeks, I'll considered your commission cancelled.- In the event of a cancellation on either end, DO NOT request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself. If I find that a chargeback has been filed without my notice, you WILL be blacklisted and I will be unwilling to ever work with you again.- If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketching phase, you will be refunded 80% of what you have paid.- If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching phase, you will receive a partial refund that depends on how much progress has been done on the drawing at that time.- If I am unable to finish the commission for any reason on my end, you will receive a full refund.

COMMISSION PROCESS

*NOTE: This process may span from one month to three months depending on my real-life schedule. Please keep in mind that I do have other priorities and responsibilities outside of commissions.1. Fill out a Google Form with your contact information, description of your commission, and any reference material.2. I will contact you for a more detailed discussion on your commission and send you an invoice once everything is in order. Once payment has been received, I will begin working on the initial sketch so you can approve and add requirements if necessary. You're allowed to make 3 major revisions during the sketch phase. After that, no more major changes are allowed, and I'll start working on the final product of the revised sketch.3. You will be updated regularly on the process of your commission until full completion. Each WIP will come with a watermark.4. After everything is done, the finished product will be sent to you in whichever specific file is requested (PNG, JPEG, PSD, etc.).5. Enjoy your commission!

YOU HAVE REVIEWED MY TERMS OF SERVICE

Should you violate any of these terms, you will be put on a blocklist and blocked from all my socials. There will also be an issued warning informing other artists of your violation.Thank you for taking the time to read, I look forward to working with you!
